Mr Singhdev, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over a copy of the letter dated 27.09.2018 and the Minutes of the Meeting of the Press Council of India held on 22.06.2018. In the said meeting, the Council had decided to recall the summons/warrant issued to the Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and has dropped the proceedings.
