By way of this writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is seeking furlough for a period of three weeks.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that as per column 18, the petitioner has availed parole from 06.01.2016 to 04.02.2016. Also, the overall jail conduct of the petitioner is found to be unsatisfactory. 3.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. 4.
The petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Supdt. about the orders passed.
