% 22.04.2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that invocation letter dated 11th April, 2016 may be withdrawn provided the petitioner complies with the clause 5 of the contract dated 1st August, 2015. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No.2 nothing survives in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. In case of any other dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to move a fresh petition in accordance with the law.
