TR.P.(C.) 51/2016 The petitioner is seeking transfer of suit No.56/2016 titled Smt. Sohan Devi Vs. Harminder Singh & Ors. presently pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts where the next date is 23.4.2016 to the Central District. Submission is that the suit property is located within the jurisdiction of Central District as it falls within the jurisdiction of Police Station Sarai Rohilla. The petitioner is resident of Shastri Nagar which also falls within the jurisdiction of Central District. The respondent/non-applicant has put in appearance. He has no

objection to the prayer made in the present petition. Accordingly, suit No.56/2016 titled Smt. Sohan Devi Vs. Harminder Singh & Ors. presently pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts is directed to be transferred to the Central District, Tis Hazari Courts. Since the date of 23.4.2016 has now passed, the parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts on 02.5.2016, who shall pass an appropriate order of transfer. Petition disposed of.
