In view of above discussion, the present application is partly allowed, thereby directing the Registry to release the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- with interest accrued thereon, as was deposited by the petitioner with this court as a pre-condition to interim protection. For that purpose, list before Registrar General....."

Mr. Shantilal Chaplot, authorised representative of the petitioner is present in the court today alongwith learned counsel and has given his statement qua releasing the amount of ₹1,50,000/- alongwith accrued interest to the petitioner. He has also been identified by his counsel. 3.

In terms of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of ₹1,50,000/- alongwith accrued interest to the petitioner after due verification and receipt.
