The counsel for the plaintiff states that this suit, on transfer consequent to increase in the minimum pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, has to be transferred to the District Judge (South-East) and was erroneously transferred to the District Judge (South).

The suit be now transferred to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. The parties to appear before the District Judge/Additional District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi on 29th August, 2016.
