This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC by the parties. The learned counsel for parties state that the parties have settled their dispute in terms as recorded in paragraph No.2 of this application and pray that a decree be passed in terms of the above settlement.

The terms of such settlement are lawful. Accordingly, the application is allowed and suit of the plaintiff is decreed in terms of the settlement as recorded in paragraph No.2 of the application. No order as to costs. Let a decree sheet be drawn up. This application shall form part of the decree.

Consequently, the date already fixed i.e. 28.11.2016 before the
Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
