% 27.03.2015 We have heard the counsel for the parties. The writ petition is disposed of by requesting the respondent No. 2 to expeditiously adjudicate and pronounce a final ruling on application No. AAR/1433/2012 dated 17.12.2012 preferably within three months from today. The application has been pending since 2012 and the statutory period is six months.

We have been constrained to pass this order because the petitioner submits that serious consequences would flow if a ruling is not given at the earliest.
