Vide order dated 22nd January, 2016 in W.P.(C) 500/2016 this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation by a speaking order within a period of four weeks. 2.

Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 26th February, 2016. Copy of the said order is handed over and taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to counsel for the petitioners who submits that the said order has not been passed in the light of Section 14(c) of the Standing Order dated 27th August, 2009.

The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order dated 26th February, 2016 in accordance with law. In para 5 of the order dated 22nd

January, 2016, the Court has already granted liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law if they are not satisfied with the order.

No case for initiating proceedings in contempt is made out against the respondent.

The petition and the pending application are, therefore, dismissed.
