A cheque of Rs.30,000/- has been handed over by the appellant to the respondents today in Court towards the arrears of the maintenance, which has been duly received and accepted by the respondents. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents on instructions that a sum of about Rs.25,000/- remains due and payable by the appellant towards the arrears of maintenance.

This position is disputed by learned counsel for the appellant. Parties may exchange their computation of the amounts due, paid and payable towards maintenance amount.

The respondent is maintaining Savings Bank Account No.2572000101905646 in Punjab National Bank, Madhuban Chowk Branch. The appellant shall continue to pay maintenance by RTGS mode of MAT.APP.(F.C.) 26/2015

transfer in the said bank account of the respondents. 5.

The appellant is present in Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal, inasmuch as the impugned order dated 28th May, 2014 has been complied with. 6.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall continue to comply with the impugned order by payment of the maintenance through RTGS transfer in the above bank account of the respondents. C.M.No.4771/2015 7.
