The writ petition is disposed of by requesting the respondent No. 2 to expeditiously adjudicate and pronounce a final ruling on application Nos. AAR/1364/2012 dated 16.08.2012 and AAR/1370/2012 dated 31.08.2012, preferably within three months from today. The application has been pending since 2012 and the statutory period is six months. We have been constrained to pass this order because the petitioner submits that serious consequences would flow if a ruling is not given at the earliest.
