In view of the order, I propose to pass, learned counsel for the respondents says that he does not wish to file any reply. 3.

The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:- "1.

Allow the Present application and grant an extension of 15 days to deposit the fee and other charges as per the order dated 27.04.2018 pass by this Hon'ble Court."

3.1 For the reasons given therein, the delay is condoned. The petitioner is given liberty to file the original FDR within one week from today.
