% 07.09.2016 Status report has been filed. In this status report, it is stated that the part demolition action while removing of plans from the ground floor of the building of R-209, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi has been taken. On 30.05.2016, partial action was taken. This is in terms of the status report furnished by the concerned SHO, Police Station Greater Kailash. A status report has also been filed by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. It is stated that the property has been booked for unauthorized construction in the shape of covering the rear portion on the ground floor which has been covered by „T‟ iron tukree. Demolition order has also been passed. As noted in the status report of the concerned SHO, on 13.05.2016 partial demolition action

was taken. The undertaking of the respondent that all other actions as is permissible under law shall also be taken and the demolition order will be implemented in true letter and spirit is noted. Needless to state that the concerned SHO will give assistance to the SDMC. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
