% Statement of the petitioners have been recorded in Court today. The petitioners have undertaken to vacate the premises i.e. Ground Floor H.No.201/A, Gali Kumhar, Katra Badiyan, Fatehpuri, Delhi on or before 30.4.2018. Their undertaking is taken on record and petitioners shall remain bound by the same. In addition, petitioners have undertaken to other terms and conditions which they shall abide. They will pay all arrears of rent w.e.f. January 2015 up to date and thereafter on 7th day of each month. In view of the above undertaking given by the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall not execute the Eviction Order till 30.4.2018.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J OCTOBER 27, 2016/n

RC.REV. 252/2016 Statement of Shri Raghunandan Prasad Aggarwal s/o Late Shri Onkar Nath R/o 267, First Floor, Gali Kundle Kasan, Fatehpuri, Delhi-110006 On S.A.

I undertake to the court to vacate and hand over the vacant physical possession of the premises Ground Floor H.No.201/A, Gali Kumhar, Katra Badiyan, Fatehpuri, Delhi as described by the respondent in the Eviction Petition to the respondents on or before 30.4.2018. I also undertake to pay the agreed rent of Rs.400/- including all arrears of unpaid rents, the electricity and water charges for the period that I remain in occupation of the premises. I undertake not to induct any third party in the premises or cause wilful damage to the premises. I admit the bona fide requirement of the petitioner.
