Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and the terms of the settlement are recorded in the application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure. 2.
Learned counsels for both the parties have handed over a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure which is taken on record. Let the same be registered.

The joint application is signed by all the parties as well as their counsels and is supported by their respective affidavits. The copy of the memorandum of understanding dated 24th July, 2018 has been annexed to the application. The plaintiff as well as defendants No.1 to 3 are present in Court with their counsels and they confirm the settlement. The joint application along with the affidavits and the annexures is marked as Ex.C1. 4.
The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit
is decreed in terms of the settlement, Ex.C1. Ex.C1 shall form part of the decree. All the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
The parties undertake to comply with the terms of the settlement within one week from today. The undertaking of the parties is accepted. 6.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees. The registry is directed to refund 50% of the Court fees to the plaintiff under Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

Pending application is disposed of. Interim order is vacated. 8.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
