% 14.09.2016 By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.636/2011 under Sections 307/212/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act registered at PS Narela on the ground that parties have settled the matter. In view of the allegation of gunshot injuries, the present FIR cannot be quashed in view of the decision of the Supreme Court reported as 2012(9) Scale 257: 2012 (10) SCC 303 Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab & Anr. Since none is present on behalf of the petitioners even on second call, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
