O R D E R

The matter has been mutually settled between the parties, wherein it is agreed that out of the entire awarded amount along with interest deposited by the Insurance Company, i.e., 5,48,368/- before the Tribunal, the claimants shall be entitled to an amount of Rs.5,00,368/- along with interest accrued thereafter and the balance amount of Rs.48,000/- along with interest accrued from the date of deposit shall go to the Insurance Company.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, the learned Tribunal shall release the amount of Rs.5,00,368/- along with interest accrued thereafter to the respondents claimants in terms of the Award of the learned Tribunal. The Insurance Company shall be

refunded the balance amount of Rs.48,000/- along with interest accrued from the date of deposit. The Registrar General of this Court shall release the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- with interest, if any, subject to fulfilment of requisite 3.

Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
