% 02.02.2016 Review Petition 45/2016 (against order dated 18.03.2015) No ground is made out for review of the order dated 18.03.2015 rejecting the writ petition on the principles of forum non-conveniens, inasmuch as, it is noted that petitioner himself had earlier approached the Courts at Patna. The issue of forum non-conveniens has been dealt with by a Full Bench of this Court of five judges in the case of M/s Sterling Agro Industries Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors. AIR 2011 Delhi 174. There is no error apparent on the face of the record, nor any other ground made for review.

Dismissed.
