By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has made the following prayers:- (a) To direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to take prompt action against respondent No.3 for the recovery of compensation amount of `4,35,941/- alongwith simple interest @ 12% per annum w.e.f. 28.09.2012 till the date depositing the same by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of "Commissioner Employees Compensation, District East & North-East" vide Award dated 15.12.2014 and Recovery Certificate dated 27.01.2015 issued by Commissioner of Employees Compensation, District East & North-East; (b) To pass an order for the attachment of moveable and immovable properties of the respondent No.3 against the recovery of compensation W.P.(C) 4276/2016

amount of `4,35,941/- alongwith simple interest @ 12% per annum w.e.f. 28.09.2012 till the date depositing or to issue warrant of arrest against the respondent No.3 for the satisfaction of the same in the interest of justice. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 10th January, 2018, upon furnishing the address of the factory of the respondent No.3 by the learned counsel for the petitioner to Mr.Rajveer Singh, SDM, Shahdara, this Court directed SDM to get the awarded amount recovered from respondent No.3 and file the status report on the next date. He was also directed to appear on the next date of hearing.

Today, SDM along with learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 as well learned counsel for the respondent No.3 is present in Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been handed over a cheque for a sum of `4,36,000/-. Copy of the cheque after getting endorsement from the petitioner regarding receipt of the said amount, has been placed on record. 4.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition and the same is disposed of. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
