% 28.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 167/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden. As per the FIR the allegations of the prosecutrix are that the prosecutrix married the petitioner on 10th December, 2015 at his house when they performed pheras in front of the fire. The allegations of physical relation was post-marriage though forcefully. Considering the allegations in the FIR I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in BAIL APPLN. 802/2016

the sum of `50,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.

Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
