The respondent and the son of the petitioner are present in Court with their respective counsels and they submit that the parties have agreed to settle this matter for Rs.4 lakh in full and final settlement. 2.

The petitioner has already deposited Rs.2,10,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of order dated 3rd January, 2017. Mr.Sumit Thareja, son of the petitioner undertakes to make the payment of Rs.1,90,000/- to the respondent by transferring the same to his savings bank account No.33150100009942 with Bank of Baroda, Burari Branch, Delhi(IFSC Code BARBOBURARI, MICR Code: 110012125) within a period of four weeks from today.

The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted.

Respondent present in Court seeks pre-mature discharge of 28 FDRs for Rs.5,000/- each (Total - Rs.1,40,000/-) on account of the illness of his deaf and dumb son. The orders dated 1st March, 2017 and 22nd March, 2017

are modified.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to prematurely discharge 28 FDRs issued in terms of the order dated 1st March, 2017 and 22nd March, 2017 and transfer the amount to the aforesaid savings bank account of the respondent.

The writ petition and pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

The Trial Court Record be returned back.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
