Mr. Abhishek Grover, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of a mediation agreement dated 01.09.2025.

A copy of the agreement has been produced in Court and is taken on record. It is signed by both the parties, their respective counsel, and the mediator.

Mr. Grover has also handed over a vakalatnama signed by the petitioner. Both documents are taken on record. The petitioner is also present in Court and confirms that he does not wish to proceed with the present petition.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
