The appellant has handed-up a copy of the Mediation Report/Settlement Agreement dated 27.10.2025. The credentials of the appellant have been verified by way of his Aadhar Card.

Copies of the settlement agreement, and a copy of the appellant's Aadhar Card, have been handed-up and are taken on record. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of, holding the parties bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
