% 12.10.2018 By a separate order passed today in Arb.P. 439/2018, I have appointed a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Collaboration Agreement dated 09.11.2012. The counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the said Arbitrator. This petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
