In the order dated 20.4.2015 it is recorded that petitioner has expired and therefore an application will be filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the petitioner.

Thereafter, the matter has been re-notified for over half a dozen dates of hearings but the said application has not been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. In fact, for the last four dates of hearings no one has appeared for the petitioner and even today no one appears for the petitioner.

The present petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution and as abated.
