% 25.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a declaration that the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (for short "Act, 2013") does not have any retrospective effect Since the plea that the Act, 2013 has no retrospective effect, has not been even taken before the disciplinary authority, learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition and application with liberty to raise the said ground with the disciplinary authority within a period of two weeks. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn.
