1. Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties including claims and counter-claims. Learned counsel further agreed that all contentions as regards maintainability and its merits are left open to the urged before the learned Arbitrator.

2. Accordingly, the Court proposes Mr. Justice Anil R. Dave, a former Judge of the Supreme Court (Mobile No.9560309393) as a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties including claims and counterclaims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules. The learned Arbitrator will proceed in terms of the Arbitration ARB.P. 375/2014

and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended with effect from 23rd October 2015.

3. The parties are directed to appear before the Additional Coordinator, DAC on 17th April, 2017 at 4:00 pm for further steps.
