% 13.02.2017 The execution petition at hand seeks to enforce the part decree which was granted in a suit which has since been transferred to the District Courts on account of change in the pecuniary jurisdiction, it now being pending before the Court of Sh. Anil Antil, Additional District Judge of District South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi with next date of hearing fixed at 15.2.2017.

In these circumstances, though the execution of the part decree has concededly been substantially satisfied, for the remainder the execution petition is also transferred to the learned Additional District Judge before whom the main suit is pending.

The parties shall appear before the transferee execution court on 1st March, 2017. Registry shall ensure that file reaches the transferee court well in time.
