% 11.07.2019 1.
Mr. Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition, particularly since the relief sought for at prayer (a) has been rendered infructuous as a Scheme has already been framed by the GNCTD under the Street Venders Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vendors Act, 2014. As for the second relief at prayer (b), he reserves the right of his clients to approach the Town Vending Committee (TVC) for relief as and when it becomes functional. 2.
The petition is accordingly disposed of along with other pending application.
