By an order passed today in the petition filed by the petitioner under section of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, (ARB.P.No.648/2016) an Arbitrator has been appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Arbitrator for relief under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
