% 08.01.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia seeking directions to the respondents to conduct the demarcation of Khasra Nos.147 and 148 situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Burari Garhi, Burari, Delhi-84.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr.Raghuvir Singh, owner of property bearing No.147, abadi Deh of Village Burari, Garhi has expired in the year 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner moved an application for demarcation on 17.12.2014, but the demarcation has not been conducted so far. He further submits that demarcation can be conducted by TSM Method and the petitioner is ready to pay for the expenses.

Reply filed on behalf of the respondents is taken on record. Mr.Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submits that demarcation of Khasra Nos.147 and 148 situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Burari Garhi, Burari, Delhi84 will be conducted within a period of six weeks on deposit of necessary expenses by the petitioner.

Mr.Rambir Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will pay the requisite charges for demarcation conducted by TSM Method within a period of one week from today. He also submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the submissions made by Mr.Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the respondents and in view of the aforesaid the petition may be disposed of.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the directions that the respondents will conduct the demarcation of Khasra Nos.147 and 148 situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Burari Garhi, Burari, Delhi-84 by TSM Method within a period of six weeks and the petitioner shall deposit the requisite charges within one week from today.
