Crl.M.A. 12693/2016 (Rectification) The present application has been filed by the petitioner for rectification in order dated 19.01.2015 passed by this Court on the ground that the FIR number has wrongly been mentioned therein. Perusal of record reveals that the petitioner had sought the quashing of FIR No.745/2002, under Section 498A/406/34 IPC,

Police Station Shalimar Bagh, but in the order dated 19.01.2015 the FIR number has been mentioned as 745/2012.

Consequently, the application is allowed and it is ordered that the FIR number in order dated 19.01.2015 be read as 745/2002 instead of 745/2012.
