% 11.07.2016 Learned counsel for the State informs that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the last order. Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, stats that he shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of in terms of the last order dated 25.04.2016. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned. He shall also not get in touch with any of the prosecution witnesses or influence the trial in the matter. He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the trial court. He shall also surrender his passport with the IO within a week.
The bail application stands disposed of.
