% 13.01.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the contents of the present petition and specifically Annexure P-17 attached thereto are treated by the respondents as a representation/application for grant of the No Objection Certificate for drawal of the ground water from the Yamuna Flood Plains. He prays that the respondents be directed to take an expeditious decision on such application/representation.

Taking in view the submission made, the respondents are directed to treat the contents of the present petition and specifically contents of Annexure P-17 as a representation/application to the respondents for grant of the No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for extraction of the ground water from the Yamuna Flood Plains and take a decision thereon. The

petitioner shall be at liberty to file additional affidavit/representation before the respondents in this regard. The respondents shall take a decision on such representation within a period of four weeks of receipt of such additional representation/documents.
