On the last date i.e. 01.05.2018, the following order was passed:- "1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the defaulting company i. e. Tarz Support Services Private Ltd. had on its Board two Directors i.e. the writ petitioner herein (Mr. Arun Kapoor) and another person by the name of Mr. Sachin Dev Sharma. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after Mr. Sachin Dev Sharma took steps to avail of the benefit of the CODS-20 18 his name was removed from the impugned list of disqualified directors. It is stated that insofar as the petitioner is concerned, his name has not been excluded from the said list.

Mr. Kanishk who appears for the official respondents states that he will obtain instructions in the matter. 4.

Mr. Bhardwaj has returned with instructions. Learned counsel says that, inadvertently, the writ petitioner‟s name was not removed from the list of disqualified directors. It is submitted that the petitioner‟s name will be removed by the ROC from the list of disqualified directors within three weeks from today. 3.
In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of based on the statement made by Mr. Bhardwaj. In the meanwhile, there shall be a stay on the operation of list of disqualified directors in so far as the writ petitioner is concerned. Furthermore, the writ petitioner‟s DIN & DSC will also be activated.
