By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petition and get his children admitted in school. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interregnum the Special Leave Petition has been filed by the petitioner and tagged along with the Special Leave Petitions filed by the co-convicts. He however, seeks parole to re-establish social ties and to take care of the children. 3.

As per the nominal roll the conduct of the petitioner in Jail is satisfactory. The petitioner has undergone more than six years of imprisonment including the remissions. Petitioner was granted interim suspension of sentence by this Court during the pendency of the appeal which concession the petitioner did not misuse. Besides the petitioner, four persons have been convicted in FIR No.23/2009 under Sections 302/34 IPC W.P.(CRL) 1398/2018

registered at PS Jamia Nagar. Out of the other four accused, Sarfaraz and Abdul Miraz who were also granted parole have since surrendered to custody.

Considering the facts of the case, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Mandoli Jail No.14.
