By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail to attend the marriage of his brother which is fixed for 28th April, 2018. 2.

Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 4.

Learned APP for the State has handed over a status report which is taken on record. As per the status report factum of marriage of the petitioner's brother Saurav has been verified. It has been verified that on 28th April, 2018 the barat will depart from village Honey Bagh, Bulandshehar, U.P. Petitioner is not involved in any other case except FIR No. 694/2016 under Sections 147/148/149/302/34/120B IPC registered at BAIL APPLN. 961/2018

PS Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, where he is seeking interim bail. 5.

Considering the verification report, which is taken on record, this Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of one week from the date of his release on the surety bond to be furnished by the father of the petitioner for a sum of ₹25,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Juvenile Justice Board.
