1. The Court has been shown the copy of the order passed by the Supreme Court on 10th April, 2019 in Civil Appeal No. 3792/2019 (Pratibha Rani v. Union of India) clarifying that "the service rendered in the previous posting is liable to be counted in the new posting areas for the purposes of eligibility for consideration of such promotion."

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order of the Central Administrative Tribunal does not call for interference.

3. The petition is disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
