The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for cancellation of surety bond and endorsement of surety documents. 3.

Heard. Record perused.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has argued that the Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 23rd July, 2025, has quashed the FIR bearing no. 585/2000, registered at Police Station- Kalkaji, Delhi. The relevant portion of the order is reproduced as follows: "12. punishable under Sections 307/34 of the IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, including the judgment of conviction dated 06.08.2007 and order on sentence dated 16.08.2007 passed by the learned Trial Court, are quashed and set aside."

Keeping in view this order dated 23rd July, 2025, as it pertains to the FIR of the present appeal, the present appeal becomes infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Bail Bond stands cancelled.

Sureties are discharged and endorsement of documents, if any, be cancelled.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the concerned Trial Court for information and necessary compliance.
