% 25.07.2016 Petitioner no.1 is the resident of ground floor of C-54, Defence Colony, New Delhi and petitioner no.2 is the resident of send floor of the said property. Grievance of the petitioners is to the effect that the illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted on the roof of the second floor of the aforenoted property and in spite of representation made by the petitioner before the competent Body no action has been taken.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing for respondent no.1 and 2 has put in appearance. As far as his instructions goes, no deviation has been noted in the property and the property has not been booked. He submits that the present petition may be treated as the representation to the respondent nos.1 and 2 in addition to the representation earlier made. Ordered accordingly. The respondents will consider the representation of the

petitioners in accordance with law and dispose of the same within six weeks from today.

Petition disposed of.
