This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 3rd May, 2017. 2.

The counsel for the defendant states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendant and without further prejudice to the rights of the defendant to pursue any legal proceeding available in law, the defendant has no objection to the suit being disposed of in terms of para 5 of the order dated 23rd May, 2016 and with which the defendant will remain bound.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of binding the defendant Mr. Anil Sharda with the statement as made on 23rd May, 2016 and recorded in the order of that date and leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Decree sheet be drawn up.
