There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is taken up for hearing.

The petitioners were unrepresented on the last three dates of hearing, i.e., 07.10.2024, 25.02.2025, and 17.03.2025. Pursuant to the orders dated 25.02.2025 and 17.03.2025, Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondents, states that service of the orders has been effected upon learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
An affidavit of compliance dated 27.03.2025 has been filed. A copy of the same has been handed up in Court and is taken on record. 4.
In view of the fact that the petitioners remain unrepresented despite compliance, the writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
