% 26.04.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 19.01.2016, whereby, charge was framed against the petitioner under Sections 302/307 read with Section 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the present petition, since the material evidence has already been recorded, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the Trial Court.
