O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to demolish and remove the illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by respondent no. 4 at the property bearing no. K121, Seelampur, Shahdara, Delhi-110053. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that service of the present petition was initially done on 07th December, 2024. Thereafter, the present petition has been got listed only today, after a delay of approximately seven months. 3.

2025, already stands passed in this regard.

It is submitted that the demolition action in the property is fixed on 25th July, 2025.

Noting the aforesaid, it is directed that the requisite action at the property in question shall be taken by the MCD, in accordance with law. Needless to state, the owner/occupier of the property in question, shall have the right to seek remedies as per law, if such owner/occupier is aggrieved by any action of the MCD.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
