By way of present application, the applicants/appellants seek to withdraw the present appeal as the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement vide settlement agreement dated 15.10.2025 before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The settlement agreement dated 15.10.2025 is taken on record and parties are made bound by the terms of the Agreement.. 3.
