Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, prayer (i) in the prayer clause of the petition has been wrongly typed.

Learned counsel accordingly submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter at the earliest.

Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter at the earliest possible, preferably within 18 months. In case the trial is not concluded within the said period, the Trial Court shall submit a report in this regard. 3.
