The petitioner present in Court along with his counsel undertakes to join the duty at Shillong on or before 05th May, 2018. 3.

The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. 4.

Subject to petitioner honouring the undertaking given to this Court, the respondents shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner till 23rd May, 2018 fixed by the learned District Judge for hearing the appeal of the petitioner.
