O R D E R

% 10.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of petitioner no.1 with complainant took place in the year 2002, whereas FIR has been lodged after 12 years of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigations are complete and chargesheet has been filed against the petitioner, inasmuch as petitioner's relatives who have been named in the FIR have not even been chargesheeted.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
