The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeking permission to withdraw the captioned Appeal, which has been preferred against the Judgment and Decree dated 23.01.2017 passed in CS (OS) No. 283/2013. 2.

The parties, who are present with their respective counsel, submit that the matter has been amicably settled out of Court, and in view of the same, the Appellant seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal.
