% 25.04.2016 Having heard the petitioner appearing in person, we are unable to hold that the matter involves any public interest. At any rate, even according to the petitioner, the respondent No.2/Director General of Civil Aviation has already enquired into the incident and appropriate action has been taken against the crew members.
Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
